Terms and Agreements

Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

OUR POLICY

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

PAYMENT TERMS

Black Sheep Salon requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.

OUR GUARANTEE

Black Sheep Salon’s liability is limited as permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). But, if you are not satisfied within one week period of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for free.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner.

BOOKING POLICY

We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online, by calling 480-435-5711 or in person.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

REDO

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer any refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. For any reason if you are not satisfied with your service, you have to let us know immediately before you leave the salon so we can solve the situation. Redo can still be offered ONLY If there is a technical issue with the service provided, however we require that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. No redo will be offered before your hair or beauty treatment is fully assessed by the Black Sheep Salon Hair Stylist.
